Phillipe Falkenberg – Founder & Managing Director
Phillipe founded Falken Equity Group in 2014, with the goal in mind to acquire good companies and make them great. Experienced in wealth management, business acquisitions, sales team formation, client relations, business systems and management. A part of a long time financial services family, his true passion is acquisitions and developing companies, which led him to the private sector in 2010. He brings a unique perspective on business and investing, given his time in both the public and private sectors, and having lived, studied and worked all over North America, that serves to benefit everyone who does business with Falken Equity Group.
Nancy Goertzen, Partner & CPIR
Nancy is a co-founder in Falken Equity Group. Nancy brings over 25 years experience in corporate development and strategic partnerships as well as in investor relations with public companies. She has expert knowledge in both private and public markets, start ups and established companies, as well as the integrated components of professional IR. Nancy holds the CPIR designation from Richard Ivey Business School and is the Founding Chair of Canadian Women in Private Equity and Venture Capital BC. Her earlier career in broadcasting as a producer and on-camera personality, brings a unique public relations and marketing savvy to her endeavours.
